Odin's Eye
Odin had one eye.
It was said, and some believe,
That Odin gave his eye for wisdom.
That's what they said, for wisdom.
We, like Odin, can have what we want,
Can be what we wish,
But all acquisitions have their price.
We pay for our desires, noble and base,
And, having bought,
The price we have paid shows on us.
Like Odin's missing eye.
