The feller on our right is gonna have himself a pile o' troubles if he goes up against a bad guy and the bad guy has a lick o' sense. If someone grabs the dangling end on his necktie, he'll be the first at his OWN necktie party. :(

I'm guessing this might be a Halloween party with a theme. Little did they know what was coming up in the next year!
I hadn't thought of a costume party. Definitely a possibility. I had wondered if it was a pro wrestling team or something.
